Bowen Island, Union Steamship Company Marina

We departed Vancouver after Paul had a good run around Stanley Park and another latte at Delany's on Denman.  The motor out of Van was beautiful. Rains finally stopped and allowed us blue sky and fresh breezes. A favorable current was all we needed to hoist the sails and let Talos IV do her thing. We had a great sail over to Bowen Island and docked for the night. The small town was a lot of fun to walk about. The most interesting was the history of the steamships and the visitors which came to the resort during the pre war era.
